Tonight I ordered beef lo mein, orange chicken w/mt dew and sweet & sour soup.
I received beef, chicken, shrimp lo mein, cashew chicken.
When I called I was informed , they didn't have an order matching my order, even though it was read back to me at the window.
I called and heard a young lady informing someone, she had mixed up orders. Yet on the phone with me said, "I don't have an order matching yours". didn't offer to fix it, replace, or refund. When I asked...read full review
Chunks of meat are too big! Also when you ask for soy or duck sauce they send you anyway with 2 pks of each! Geez! I even tipped $3!

The food is fresh and delicious, with generous portions, such as the large entree selection that can serve two adults. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The guy at the window was a true vibe with positive energy when taking orders and talked with customers while they waited. This added to the experience! While some dishes may not meet expectations, the overall quality and kindness of the staff earn the restaurant high praise. Best entrees in the area and even parts of Springfield, coming from a Springfield style chicken lover. Many items on the menu have all been really good. Prices are excellent for the amount of food you receive. The food was amazingly spectacular and took care of cravings. The sweet and sour sauce with the Crab Rangoon was the best ever. The touch of pineapple and bamboo slivers made the sauce perfect.
