“We were headed to Jefferson City from Hannibal to spend time with the hubs daughter. They had been to 1851 and wanted us to try it, so we met them there. Cool vibe with the dark wood, brick and exposed floor joists. Plenty of seating, nice bar area and a game room with pool tables. I was very intrigued by the Guacamole Wontons and who doesn’t love fresh pork rinds. The wontons were delicious and creamy with a very good sweet and spicy dipping sauce. Menu says they are fried, but they almost seemed baked and were not greasy at all. I was pleasantly surprised. The pork rinds are called cracklin'... and they are cracklin' still when they get to the table. Hubs had the 1851 burger with bacon and pulled pork. The pork was done very well. The onion rings were some of the best we've had in a while and there were a ton.of them. I got the swiss burger which was delicious and cheesy with a ton of really good fries. Our server was great and took good care of us. We were very happy with the recommendation.“

“We were in the drive thru and told it would be a little bit for our order to be up, but we had ordered food with special requests, so we expected that. I had my little nephew in the backseat and his window was down, and the kind lady at the drive thru window asked him if he’d like a frosty free of charge, he of course said yes please and thank you. She was so kind and accommodating the entire time. We’ve always had good service, but today she went above and beyond. Thank you!“

“I was very disappointed in one of my favorite watering holes in Fulton tonight. went through the drive thru and ordered 2 slushes which they got wrong and they forgot the straws. when we counted our change from the twenty we paid with she shorted us ten bucks. I went back and talked to the manager and he said that the overages was tips. so the server in the drive thru helped herself to a $10 tip on a $5 order. people have no values anymore. count your Change folks. I'm sure this is a common occurrence.“

“Ordered online and picked up curbside, only waited about 5 minutes for our food and our order was correct! Food was hot and fresh, but could have used a little bit more of the sauces that come on the burgers as they were a little dry this time. Other then that it was good!“

“We used to go to Youngs Creamery in Valley Park, MO, to get cherry dip cones and eat chicken while we were there. They quit carrying the cherry dip, so now we drive to Dairy Queen in Kingdom City to get them. If you know of a closer DQ that has Cherry Dip cones, please let me know.“

“Genuinely the best McDonald's I've been to in Missouri. The food here tastes more seasoned than normal and just overall better. Idk what they put in my coffee to make it so good, but I'm gonna miss it since I'm just passing through.“
