try not hanging up on people and updating your delivery hours.
HORRIBLE service, especially from their "operations manager",Tony. They canceled my order 45 min before it was suppose to be delivered saying no one was there working until 4pm. Then the operations manager proceeded to hang up on me after asking for his name. If you continue to treat customers this way, you will not be in operations very long.
I have never in my life experienced worse service in my life than Domino’s Pizza. Only reason they have 1 Star is because that’s the only option when trying to leave a review. I’ve waited over 2 1/2 hours for a pizza that has still not come. Called over 4 different times first two calls it was said that the pizza was headed out the door and headed our way.
