The pizza wasn't hot and ready so I had to wait 20 minutes while they made it fresh. Any other time I would have appreciated the fresh pizza, but being in a hurry I would have preferred if they had told me it was going to be a wait. I come here often and have never had an issue. Tonight was the first time Google specifically asked for feedback but I didn't think it was fair to rate them just based on tonight only. I think they may have been short staffed and waited quite a bit to pay for a soda separately bc I forgot to add it to my order but I can say with much certainty that I have done this many times and they are usually always on point and willing to give me a few bags of cookies for my daughter who...read full review
