While the pizza is good, half the time the order is wrong. For example, getting the bbq chicken pizza and instead of bbq sauce it had their regular red sauce. Or getting the incorrect crust type. These things add up to us not ordering weekly like we used to.

This Marcos has gotten really bad with customer service. Every time the delivery driver is missing cheese and peppers that you have to specifically ask for and every time it’s just like “whoops I’m sorry” If a driver can’t do something as simple as bring cheese and peppers not sure I want to keep spending my money here.

My card was charged twice for the order. When I pointed it out to their manager I was told “it happens when you order online”. Was asked for my information and told to call back in a few days. Unacceptable! The pizza was bland. The crust to pizza topping ratio was awful. A third of the piece of pizza should not be crust. The only good thing was the cheese bread. Will not be recommending or visiting again. Unless I have to go there to get my money back!
