Saki Asian Restaurant

One of my favorite sushi spots! The location is convenient, the staff are always friendly, and the food is wonderful! I live very nearby, so being able to walk to a nice restaurant without needing a vehicle is very nice. They also offer very reasonable and affordable prices on their menu, as well as some more expensive items for a bit more luxury if you so desire!

They have a lot of good options, and I never worry about the freshness of their fish. Although, my favorites are the Hokkaido roll and the Kyoto roll, usually with a small bottle of their green apple or white peach sake.

The atmosphere is lovely with their easy seating, colorful banners, and art decor. And they have a wonderful service as well.

This last time tonight when my girlfriend and I ordered, they also gave us an extra bottle of sake on the house! I was very touched by this.

Overall, I will continue to be a customer to this lovely little sushi spot! It's not in the biggest area, but please give it the love it deserves!

This is the second time we have eaten here. All of the sushi we have had has been great. The spicy crab salad appetizer was amazing and we really enjoyed the Tiger roll is exceptional!

I really appreciate good sushi and have tried different sushi all over the globe. This restaurant stands out among them all.

We came around 6 and it was busier than most places at that time. The restaurant was at capacity, but the staff seated us promptly, and every member of the crew was hustling.

The hot house sake was different from the normal gekikahn that's available at most places. More buttery and tasty, and very hot. We had 5 different rolls. At every sushi place, I always get a spicy tuna to establish a baseline, since just about every place offers it. This one was full, not overly dry and tasty. The summer roll stood out with a fresh taste that was great for the pallete, and I haven't had anything like that before. The hero, and the samurai were also delicious, with large pieces of nigiri, excellent sauce, and large portions. The Hokkaido also stood out, with delicious sauce, roe and Nigiri. Not one piece was overly dry or overly sauced like other places.

We finished off with a delicious raspberry sake, and an excellent tiramisu style dessert.

They do have chicken tempura for the kiddos as well.

I was very impressed by the presentation, hospitality, quality, portion size, and value this superb restaurant offered. I can enthusiastically recommend this place, and we will be back. Thanks for the work you do!

Fast, friendly service. Filled water without ever having to ask. Sushi came out fast despite it being fairly busy for the afternoon lunch rush.

Terrible customer service. The waitress got part of our order wrong and the manager yelled at her infront of everyone.
They was also a confusion in one of the menue items on their end and we asked for a replacement, the manager came to our table angry and said that we can order something else but will pay for that order!!! The atmosphere in general was agressive and unwelcoming and we will not be coming back ever.

The problem is that even though I'm a white American I know what good sushi is. This is slightly below average sushi. Service was slightly below as well. They prioritized their online orders. Even still this is better than most sushi north of the river.
