Got in early. Seated immediately. Waitress Carissa. Was an absolute pleasure. Food was great, all we had was appetizers loved all of them.
Very good experience, I took my mom who's 85 out for Valentine's Day. She ate to her heart's content. It was very good. The service is always amazing, very attentive and very personable. Cheesy corn is awesome. Overall, a very good night and experience. Definitely worth it to make a reservation on a holiday, especially!
Food and service was great! Can't go wrong with the Super Crispy Sandwich with fries and the best baked beans on the planet!
Great food friendly staff. We love SmokeHouse. Tonight it was a great place for our group of family's to eat after going to Glow Wild at the Zoo. I am stuffed and won't eat again until Tuesday.

Despite us having a large party, our waitress was very attentive, polite, and did an excellent job! The food was delicious and hot.

Great food. They sell their bbq sauce and they will ship their foods anywhere in the country. We have ordered chicken, pork, and burnt ends shipped home.

Waitress service was exceptional. Seems to be a little confusion when making a reservation. We had a reservation for 6:30, arrived right about 6:30 and we were told that it would be a 30 minute wait for a table. When I inquired about our reservation, I was told that all the reservations do is tell the cook staff approximately how many to cook for. After asking to see a manager and speaking to him we were seated within 5 minutes.
Food was amazing. They were able to accommodate our large group (soccer team) as well as parents.
Purchased a 12-16lb smoked Turkey which weighed 7lbs, when I phone to inquire Mike (one of the managers) told me that all of “the birds were between 10-15lbs raw weight”. I believe this, however it isn’t what I was sold. You may have made a few buck off of me today, but you lost a customer for life.

Other than the greeter not informing our server that we were seated and waiting, the experience was good. We ordered the burned end platter (double brisket) with fries and coleslaw. We did prefer the spicy sauce! For dessert we tried the chocolate cake. Everything was delicious! Definitely worth the wait!
