Drive thru cashier was oddly confrontational when I took my incorrect order back to switch it out, but I ultimately did get what I ordered and the food was good.

Walked in and one employee was sitting at the front counter and was on her cell phone. The other employee, he was cleaning behind the counter speaking in Spanish. We ordered our food and sat at our table. Our food finally arrived at our table about ten minutes later. Did I mention that it was around 2:30p.m. and only 2 other people were in the restaurant. Next time we visit K. C. We will probably go to a different restaurant for lunch.

I ordered a meal off the app and only half of it arrived. Couldn't contact the store, kept saying the number was unavailable or disconnected. Couldn't get a refund via DoorDash because technically I ordered it on the Steak N Shake app not the DoorDash app.

New management really turned this location around. It used to be insanely slow to get even just a burger. Now everything is done in a timely manner, and you get excellent service when dining in.
If I could leave zero stars I would. They had none of the stuff we wanted to order “they were out of everything including ketchup”. When we finally got something they had the food tasted awful and Pattie’s weren’t even placed on the buns. The entire place smelled like weed and our shakes tasted like freezer burnt ice cream. We went thru the drive thru and it took 30 min just to get our food. WORST STEAK IN SHAKE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

The food was really good although I don't like the self-service for everything I preferred waitresses. We got our food quickly and the lady was nice. We would go back. It is difficult to figure out the kiosk when ordering if you haven't done it before.

Customer service here sucks the main black guy at the window is terrible always I pulled up to the window to order because nobody came to the mic for the longest time he said you don't just walk into someone's house just because they don't answer the door this is a restaurant? I drove off I wouldn't spend my money at a place like
