Came up here at 10.15 pm today and ordered a number 7 and they forget the mexican pizza. When we picked it up all these 3 guys came up too the window high on somthing looking for someone then ask for the 3rd time if we want sauce after telling us their out of mild.... and they were out of ice too supposibly, so go figure. Wont be back for a while.

I can’t to pick up a mobile order waiting in line and then tell me I can’t pick up my order thru the drive thru and then in get inside and and have to wait what a joke they need better employees not lazy ones

This Taco Bell seems to never be able to get orders right I’m usually not one to complain but this was our third time in the last couple months just getting Taco Bell as we don’t eat it very often and it was messed up each time. This was the worst one yet. Pictures attached. It is all flipped out becuse it had all ingredients listed to not be in.

Service was good. The taco I got was so greasy that it completely soaked through the wrapper, then the outer bag. I've been before and not had this experience so hoping it was just a fluke.

The food is great but the fact that it takes them almost 30 minutes to wait on 4 cars in the drive-through line is ridiculous. I do not understand why fast food employees wanna make $20 an hour but they do not work. It takes 10 minutes to complete one order just walking the food to the drive-through window. I am at a loss for how slow and lazy people are at work now.

Slowest location I've ever been to. Over 20 mins in the drive-thru
Only leaving 3 stars because my experience made me laugh. The guy working the drive through seemed to be under the influence and when i pulled up he told me in what i could only assume was an angry tone “i put ice in your drink when you ordered no ice so i have to remake it”. He remade it and i handed him my card. I overheard them having a conversation about how they forgot something in the previous cars order then proceeded to forget something in mine right after that conversation.

Lady who answered the phone was rude. Just had one simple question and she couldn’t answer that correctly. You work at a fast food restaurant it’s not that serious nor hard.

i waited over 40mins for my take out order inside just to watch the manager clear the drive thru, twice. he was so worried about the drive thru time getting under 4 minutes as i watch him tell employees not to take any orders at the speaker until the drive thru was clear multiple times. when getting home my order was messed up and missing item. when i went back up there to get this corrected the police was there and was told there was an incident and that they were closed for the night.
