Wish I could give minus five stars. It appeared there was only one guy working in the entire restaurant and he got all the items in the bag. That was the only positive. We don't usually eat fast food but we were starving late at night and it was the only thing open without a long line. That should have been our first clue. Gross and overpriced. $20 for 3 tacos a burrito and about 2 tbs of rice. The tacos were thin and empty and the shells were so soggy you couldn't eat them because they were all stuck to the paper and trying to fet the wrapper off tore the shell up It looked like the lettuce and tomatoes had been soaking in water and they were just tossed into the taco soaking wet-totally disgusting Even the burrito was totally soaked and soggy also stuck to the paper. We couldn't even eat the garbage. We threw most of it away. Never again.

Someone needs to train whoever makes the nachos how to make it I got a small spoon full of of meat and cheese only enough to have toppings on 3 chips for $8 yall need to do better. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. Do better.

Sat in the drive through for 20ish minutes where a line formed and there was no moment so I went in and stood there for about 5 mins where about 3 people were in the back just talking..... no one anywhere doing anything. Probably could have walked back there and started working and they wouldn't have noticed. So I left and the line outside still hadn't moved, lol
Literally THEE WORST Taco Bell ever. If you ask for something special they make your entire order wrong(i think out of spite and on purpose). Lemay ferry location is the only one I’ll go to from now on. Geezzzz. I was just so nice and they got allll of my kids orders wrong.

I will not eat at a place that expects me to do my own ordering thru some garbage computer. The employee stood therefore over 5 minutes without any kind of acknowledgment of a customer. Makes me wonder how educated they are.Taco Bell should be ashamed. Eat anywhere but here. this place sucks.

me and my friend ordered 2 orders of nacho fries and a baja blast. they told us AFTER WE ORDERED AND GOT EVERYTHING. that there was no nacho cheese, when we could see it in the back. then they said they could give us something else so we ordered 2 REGULAR. doritos locos tacos. they gave us our order and tried to charge us even more after telling us they wouldn’t. we got supreme tacos, which i might add were very soggy and shocking enough had little pieces of hair in my friends taco. then, after the LONG wait, we drank all of the baja blast so we went to fill it up and they walked out and saw us and said “oh good the children are still here”. the staff is very disrespectful and rude and took forever for our food.

Listen, I get it. Working fast food sucks. You're not appreciated, and pay sucks. However, you still need to at least give people edible food and drink. This is ridiculous. The 60s toastada looks like someone punched it. They couldn't even spread out the refried beans. They gave my son refried beans instead of black beans. They forgot my wife's food. Both of our drinks were flat like no one has changed the syrup in weeks. Then, when we drove around, I realized why our stuff was so messed up. The employees were outside smoking weed. Smoke all you want, but if you're working, at least do your job.
