“An item was accidentally left out during a door dash order. It happens everywhere, not the end of the world. When I returned with the missing item, I found this note.

Some restaurants would dismiss a customer as soon as they hear 'door dash'. But nope, this team went above and beyond and touched my heart. It wasn't even about the additional items...a handwritten note is most sincere communication.

Whoever was running the evening shift on Sunday, November 3rd is a genuinely good person.

“I placed an order on the app during lunch on a busy and beautiful Friday afternoon. There was an error (probably made by me when ordering) with the toppings on two of the sandwiches. We realized that they weren’t right after we got home. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager to ask if we could have the sandwiches remade. He was kind, understanding and happy to correct the error. The new sandwich were waiting for me when I returned to Subway. I sincerely appreciate how the situation was handled by the manager. He is doing a great job!”

“This was a great McDonald's with a fairly new interior. The service was super fast. All the kiosks were operational. My favorite part was the chicken McNuggets. They had a perfect fry on them. More dark and crispy than usual, but not burned or hard. Just right”

“There are 2 Subways in Kirksville. The one pictured (that one is on South Baltimore). The other on North Baltimore (which is the address listed here) is inside Walmart. Both locations make great subs and exactly how you want it, but I find the one inside Walmart with the softer and freshest bread, and has more sit down room than the south location. The south location is small and cramped. I was told (and this was a couple of years ago) but the south location staff that they use leftover bread from the night before, so if you are there too early in the day you aren't getting fresh bread. As another reviewer pointed out, the south location has a drive-thru! Accessible parking spot has no room for wheelchair access. Whatever happened to $5 footlongs :(”
