I'm leaving this positive review because I've been to this KFC several times in the last 6 months and each time I was extremely disappointed in the service and said I would never to come back. I was pleasantly surprised when I decided to give them another chance and I went in and I got my order taken right away and got my food and about 5 minutes. Now they weren't very busy so I'm not sure if that was the reason or if they have fixed some of their problems. Hopefully the latter.
Just OK! to think this is the new KFC only a few years ago

KFC provides a great dining experience during the day, but some evening visits may be disappointing due to unfriendly staff. The food, while not as good as before Covid, is overpriced. However, some staff members, like the friendly Tori at the drive-thru window, make up for it with their excellent service, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The dining area is clean enough, and the online order pickup is quick and convenient. While the front staff lady may sometimes seem agitated, the overall experience can be positive, especially with the friendly staff members.
