“This might be some of the best customer service I have ever received. Every time I come here it is fantastic. Tonight it was over the top amazing. The food was made to order perfection and the dining area culvert clean. The two young men up front went above and beyond.They have raised the standard for xustomer service and hospitality.“

“We go here at least three times a week. Our favorite ice cream anywhere. Ice cream is thick and tasty. The meal specials are quite good. The employees at the drive-thru window are always friendly and helpful, especially a man called Nico. Our two big dogs go with us and get a fabulous pup cup.“

“This was a great McDonald's with a fairly new interior. The service was super fast. All the kiosks were operational. My favorite part was the chicken McNuggets. They had a perfect fry on them. More dark and crispy than usual, but not burned or hard. Just right“

“My usual experience at KV KFC (usually during the day) is great and will continue to keep going back! However, my most recent experience with the night crew was kind of disappointing. I went in for a small snack. The individual taking my order seemed irritated I was ordering and that I may have interrupted the gossip with another worker. The atmosphere was not welcoming at all. I get that people have bad days.“

“An item was accidentally left out during a door dash order. It happens everywhere, not the end of the world. When I returned with the missing item, I found this note.
Some restaurants would dismiss a customer as soon as they hear 'door dash'. But nope, this team went above and beyond and touched my heart. It wasn't even about the additional items...a handwritten note is most sincere communication.
Whoever was running the evening shift on Sunday, November 3rd is a genuinely good person.
