“I should have gotten the manager's name, however, I forgot to do that part.To begin, my brother and I had a bad experience around the St Louis area. However, we were hungry for chicken and KFC was closed. So I pulled into Sonic at which my brother said, "Ooh my this place sucks!" I tried to assure us both that, NO! This place was going to be different.!" So again I ordered us the same thing as we got in St Louis which was a number 11 I believe, crispy chicken tender. It came with tater tots and we wished to have onion rings. When our order came out, I told my brother to check the boxes. Low and behold it came with tater tots and one onion ring.?Not this time, "I said"! I rang the buzzer and told the lady I was pretty sure I had substituted the tater tots for onion rings. She said someone was coming out to speak with me. He asked what the problem was and I told him. He said he was sorry and he would bring tater tots right away. One thing I told him was different at least his was hot crunchy and good where St Louis was cold and soggy, ?So I can say we actually had a good meal this time. ?“
