“The two young people working were doing the best they could. Despite the grumpy lady who rattled off two lists of 5-6 toppings on each of the two sandwiches she ordered. Who proceeded to then berate them because her chicken was not warm, but she did not want it toasted. She never gave them a smile and only muttered a half-**s thank you. Great Job to the two employees.“

“We didn't dine in we opted to pay at the window and go and everything was pretty well perfect other than missing some sauces, I don't know if it's a glitch in the app for not receiving everything in the order but they try to make it right as they can.“

“I was stuck at this Sonic with a flat tire today for almost 5 hours waiting on a tow truck. the employees were so kind, checking on me making sure I was OK, if I needed water, even helping me out with something to eat. I drive thru Carrolton all the time and will definitely be stopping here more often. A big Thank you to employee Gracelynn. you were an angel today! thank you!“
