“When getting there to pick up the order. The worker's only saw the letter B and didn't associate last name with the first name. So we left, went back with the online receipt the manager or team leader, realized it was our order that was sitting there. And the worker apologized, not only made us a fresh order. Also gave us the old order. I thought that was very nice. They did not have to do that.“

“Order was placed online. Got confirmation for order and time. Then a few minutes later got a phone call from Subway saying that the bread was baking, so the time for pick-up would be 10 minutes later. Very nice to know ahead of time. Plus the order was 100% accurate which is unfortunately a rarity anymore. It was also ready at the time they said it would be ready. Was just bagging the toasted order as I walked through the door, so it was hot.“

“I ate here. I ordered a Whopper and they gave me a Whopper. Everything worked out perfectly. I did have to stand there for like 5 whole minutes before they'd talk to me and let me order, since they were paying too much attention to the drive thru.If I were them, I'd alter the drive thru so that it spills out into the Hy-Vee parking lot. Then they can take as long as they need for the drive thru!Anyway, the food was pretty good. It was a nice meal.“

“Great place to dine in!!!! Clay keeps a very clean store and efficient staff. Food is always good. We had the Supreme Sandwich tonight. It is always a good choice. It is too bad more people aren't choosing to dine out to support local restaurants. Most are honoring social distancing and employees are following mask and contact protocol. Great work to Clay and Staff“
