“We were wrapping up a two week vacation, headed back to Wisconsin. One kid was begging for Arby's. We stopped. It looked busy but at this point we had no choice I had already committed. We went inside. The place was clean the staff was friendly and the food delicious. I didn't get her name, but whoever the lunch manager was on Friday August 13th. She is an MVP! She was positive, telling the crew working how great they were doing, and going above and beyond to make all the customers happy. She was hands on and jumping in where needed. If every Arby's was like this one it would be the only place I ever eat! Amazing team and customer service, the food is good too!“
“My black bean crunch wrap supreme had about a teaspoon of black beans, half a dozen tomato cubes, a sprinkling of lettuce and a fair amount of cheese. I have had one this skimpy. We had gotten back on the highway by the time I realized the filling was lacking. The chicken power bowl we ordered was fine,“
“Great place! The employees were very gracious when we came in shortly before closing. We didn't realize they were close to closing and had been working nearby all day without a break to get food. The employees didn't grumble or have an attitude, they were really friendly, and our food was great!“
“I was in North Liberty for a softball tournament. Most of our team and parents ended up at this Subway, along with some people from other teams and some members of the general public. There was a huge line and only 2 workers. Those 2 worked very hard to get everyone through the line. I was impressed—they had good attitudes and good customer service. In the future, it would be a good idea to provide additional staff during the lunch hour if there are big tournaments in town.“
“Their food is always good and usually they get it right. Last night I ordered a pick up order for my husband to grab. When he got home, I realized the two orders of cheese sticks were missing. I called and was on hold for awhile. It took the guy about 5 minutes to figure it out. Once he did, he didn’t even say sorry or offer to deliver them. He said it would be refunded in 7-10 business days. My son had friends over so they could have used the cheese sticks! They are teenage boys. Anyways, the customer service was a little disappointing last night.“
“My sister and I stop here from time to time on our way to work. Food is always fresh and ready. The best part though, is going through the drive thru and having Deanna give us our food with the warmest of greetings and chit chat. I’m not a huge fan of McDonald’s but I could roll through there every morning with her smiles and greetings.“

“The atmosphere is the exact 80s diner esthetic that they're going for. The employees were all super friendly though the kitchen looked like they were playing on their phones. The food itself wasn't anything special though, just typical fast food esq burgers and fries, though they did at least have a good burger variety. I'd just argue their meals aren't really worth the cost when I could go somewhere cheaper and get something similar just without the same atmosphere.“
“We had a really good experience here. Placed an order online for some sandwiches, chili, and a couple of brownies. The store manager called right away and explained that their chili machine was temporarily broken and asked if she could substitute the chili for something else. The Mgr. substituted for mac 'n cheese, so all fine there. Subs were fresh. Super quick pick up. I appreciate the above and beyond customer service.“
“I love Dairy Queen. Growing up in Iowa it was always a summertime treat, but now that I've moved to California they are hard to come by. Now whenever I return to Iowa I can't pass by a DQ without stopping in. This past summer, as we were taking the slow road from Iowa City up to Shueyville, we spotted this place. It's located in odd little strip mall that's constructed to look more like apartments than businesses. We walked past the dog that was enjoying the remains of a shake on the sidewalk as a little girl wept nearby and entered the establishment. This DQ had everything you'd expect and want - Blizzards, Dilly Bars, banana splits, dipped cones, Peanut Buster Parfaits, etc. They also had a hot food menu with the typical stuff as well - burgers, chili dogs, chicken strips, fries, lumpia... I'm sorry, what was that last item? Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the Dairy Queen in the Beaver Kreek Center in North Liberty, Iowa serves lumpia. How could we not try it? With a name like "Yolly's world famous homemade lumpia", you'd be nuts to pass it up, especially at $2.75 for 3. It's too bad we had literally just finished a pretty sizable lunch otherwise we might have gotten more than just one order. There are chicken, pork, vegetable, and cream cheese lumpia available. We ordered the pork. Folks, this stuff is legit. They were fried up fresh and came out piping hot. Wonderfully crisp skin, generous in size - we absolutely loved them. We took one back to my mom and mentioned Yolly's name - it turns out they know each other from the distant past when they used to attend the same picnics. Definitely worth the trip. Oh, and the ice cream is really good too.“
