“I just want to let you know of some awesome employees in your Independence. Iowa location. I am sure you don’t get many kudos for great service and what not since many focus on when they have a bad experience. Your employees working there during the 1 PM hour were awesome. Great smiles, and great service… And just all-around great employees. Food was great as well. I went through the drive thru during the lunch hour. Thank you for having such awesome employees 🙂“

“I deliver for Door Dash did the only restaurant in Independence Iowa that recognizes what we are doing delivering food from all the restaurants in Independence Iowa. And every time we go there to make a pickup they punch a card when the carters filled with five punches we get a free blizzard. Nobody else in Independence Iowa gives us anything and we're delivering their food. And I love dairy Queen and have since I was seven when I had my first dipped cone. They also have chocolate and vanilla twists.“

“Its been a very long time since I've been surprised by my meal especially from a fast food place. Coming back home from a long drive on Saturday August 8th it was kismet seeing the Golden Arches appear before me. Having never before stopped to eat at this particular McDonald's I ordered my usual of a Quarter pounder with cheese. In the past I literally grew up on fast food so I knew what to expect. Today's offering was a complete surprise. My sandwich arrived tender, juicy and prepared to order. Meat was cooked just right. Veggies were crisp and tasty. And best of all it took me five napkins to eat it.
Great job. Hats off to all the workers at this McDonald's location. In my opinion if you are anywhere near here stop and enjoy.
I didn't see any food debris on the floor. The lobby area was clean. Parking lot was free of any garbage. It was lit up and safe with plenty of handicapped spots. Restaurant itself sits on a level plot of land so easily accessible to wheelchairs. Kids menu offered. I just ordered sandwich only.“
