“Seems like they are narrowing down the menu. Menu is changing all the time. Was disappointed . Ordered chicken, and it fell out when cutting sandwiches, so they threw it away. Wasn't that much chicken to begin with. Cookies were a little burnt.“

I am sure you don’t get many kudos for great service and what not since many focus on when they have a bad experience. Your employees working there during the 1 PM hour were awesome. Great smiles, and great service… And just all-around great employees. Food was great as well. I went through the drive thru during the lunch hour. Thank you for having such awesome employees ?“
“New facility on south end of town. Very modern decor. Kiosk ordering or traditional cash register. Food was prepared well and fresh. The dining area was not clean, trash was overflowing, food bags were strewn around. Looked like a small staff, but cleanliness in a restaurant setting is top priority.“
“My favorite Dairy Queen. I used to go to the one in Hiawatha but stopped going there because the gentleman who seemed to always be order taking when I drove thru was curt and condensending. Before I could finish speaking he'd interrupt me by saying , will that be it?Obviously impatient,The very polite young people at this Dairy Queen have always been patient and courteous, Additionally, my favorite chilli dog is hot, not Luke warm, and my Son's number 1' which is his favorite is as well, and put together with care, not sloppy and it shows. I'm not a big fast food eater, but when I splurge and treat myself , my go to place ( only) is this Dairy Queen.“
