We made sure to Thank her for her great service as always! Cheryl is one of the sweetest hard working individuals. She helped us tonight in the Waterloo store since Evandsale is getting remodeled. Let that lady be the corporate trainer she has the best personality and makes you feel like royalty when she waits on you. Thanks Cheryl you are the Best!“

“So went to McDonald’s in Evansdale just a little bit ago and the girl which was a manager had a complete attitude after I paid and went up to the presenting window I realized this poor girl was taking orders for both drive thrus and taking money and bagging the orders. I asked her if she was doing everything alone and she said yes and immediately apologized for sounding rude, I told her I could understand why this poor girl you can tell was having a horrible night she had tears in her eyes like she was about to break down I told her I hope her night gets better. So to this manager I don’t know how new of a manager you are but I can tell you what you were doing tonight was amazing work it’s not fun having to do it all. I hope whoever is your GM knows how great of a worker you are.“

“My husband and I drive from cedar falls just to go to this Burger King because all of the other Burger Kings are dirty and this is the cleanest I have ever seen a Burger King. The new general manager that they brought in is doing an awesome job.“

“WENDYS Greyhound is one if the only fast food places I'll eat at. I know everything is hot and fresh the people are amazing. Plus it's the fastest diner in Wloo with no waiting and smiles at the windows and I side . I love the people and place“

“My Server when I walked into the door was Amazing! he was helpful, Attentive, Respectful, Responsible! I entirely enjoyed my experience. My food was Amazing. The same server who took my money brought me my foiled and asked me if there was Anything else he could do or get me. It was a Pure pleasure to eat lunch here today! “I recently visited Arby's and tried their half pound roast beef sandwich. The sandwich was absolutely delicious – the roast beef was tender and flavorful, and the portion size was very generous. The sesame seed bun was soft and fresh, and the horseradish sauce added a nice kick to the overall flavor. The service was quick and the staff was friendly, making for a pleasant dining experience. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 out of 5 is because the fries were a bit on the greasy side. Overall, I highly recommend trying the half pound roast beef sandwich at Arby's – it's definitely worth the visit!“

“I stopped in on New Years Eve to kill two birds with one stone, a bottle of champagne for later and dinner on my way home. Champagne ✓. A few nice upscale choices. What knocked my socks off was the cheeseburger and fries. Good ingredients cooked up by a real short-order cook who knew his trade. This is no fast food joint that we've allowed ourselves to become accustomed to. I haven't had fries that good in years. The proprietor was as helpful as could be too.“

“Ordered two pizzas, one stuffed crust with extra pepperoni and one tastemaker with 3 toppings and some breadsticks.First off, the pizza...amazing. It was cooked through, pepperoni was crispy but not too crispy, cheese was melty, everything was absolutely perfect on both pizzas.Second, the breadsticks. Amazing. Cut all the way through so we didn't have to awkwardly pull them apart. Tasted great, warm and fluffy. 10/10Finally.... the pineapple. Seriously, bravo. 10/10. I'd give you 6 stars if I could. “We ordered on the app so we could get one of their specials. The people behind the counter didn't get what we sent through the app, so we had to wait to get our meal and once we got our meal, the burgers were cold. I love Hardee's. I really do, I love their Mushroom and Swiss. I love the Frisco burger too. But technology sometimes doesn't work, and you gotta stay on top of it. Otherwise, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. No one intended.“

“The Staff and Manager at the Laporte Rd location are always friendly and helpful. I've noticed there air conditioning hasn't been working my last few visits. The owner really needs to have more compassion for his or her employees and have this fixed immediately. It's hotter in the store then it is outside.“

“This DQ is old. I prefer the CF one off of highway 20. They will make your ice cream, that's all I can really say regarding that. There's never been a time I've had a complaint about that.

Hesitate to give 5 full stars because a lot of the time I come in the employees look like they want to kill themselves. They all look like high schoolers usually.

Either way, it's not enough to deter me from coming here. They have a big fridge of cakes you can look at and there is a cool little mirror where the tables are. Not sure why it's there, but it keeps me entertained while I wait the ~5 minutes for my ice cream.

Parking: Not many spots, but they're usually never occupied. No worries regarding that.

Kid-friendliness: You can send your kid to the little bendy mirror and have them be fascinated at it while they wait for their ice cream. Never let me down once.“

“I decided to try the self-ordering system inside tonight (they have 3), even though the nice gentleman was ready and willing to take my order in person too.The service was pleasant and quick. The food was hot and tasted good. I only saw 4 workers, and they did a good job.Several people in the drive through line, and a few people dining inside so it was decently busy with a few coming in behind me.The place is clean and new and I hope they get workers and business so they can stick around! “i’m a door dasher so i visit frequently, the building is always clean and im loving their new remodel. the employees are very nice, they communicate when there’s any kind of issue! i’ve only had the crab rangoons, and chow mein, i love both, i think the noodles are semi bland with a very strong (good) smell but it doesn’t stop me! my boyfriend lovesss their shrimp. the service is fast, i’ve noticed customers get snippy with the workers if something’s not ready, but the chefs are very quick and waste no time!“

“Tue sandwich expert went oit of his way to make the sandwich I desired. I'm not sure if the guy who cashed mw out was the manager on duty however together, they made this a great experience for me. Especially since I grew up on the east side of Waterloo and generally don't eat over here due to poor service and awful food. Kudos gentleman.?“
