I just want to let you know of some awesome employees in your Independence. Iowa location. I am sure you don’t get many kudos for great service and what not since many focus on when they have a bad experience. Your employees working there during the 1 PM hour were awesome. Great smiles, and great service… And just all-around great employees. Food was great as well. I went through the drive thru during the lunch hour. Thank you for having such awesome employees 🙂
standard burger king drive thru experience
The service here has gotten sooooo slow in the past few months. Every time I go through the drive through I think I wait for 5-10 min. The food is always hot and tastes as it should. I just get frustrated because I’m coming for fast food and that’s no longer a good way to describe this Burger King
