Spent 45 min in drive through and 15 min at the window. Still ended up with no food. When asked to speak with manager found her clueless on what was happening at her “restaurant”. Also, she didn’t know how long it would take for the food to come out, she just kept asking me if I wanted a refund. She talked me into it. I left. Don’t go tho KFC at Hannibal if you value your time.
this place needs to CLOSE DOWN! I waited 30 minutes and still no order went and knocked on the door to get in, and the lobby was closed and there was workers back there just standing aroand whenever I held up my receipt, she came to the door but didn't unlock it and said that the lobby was close and I told her I wanted a refund and she told me. They don't do refunds and she go get my order. Which, when I got home was thoroughly disgusted. It was so gross. That wasn't even funny...read full review
Stopped in at 2:00 p.m. on October 18th to order the 8 piece wing special. We were told that there would be a wait because the cook was on break. We would have to wait until the cook returned from break to start the wings. Needless to say we left.
