The food was good but not great. The house made chips were tasty. One person seemed to be handling all the front of house duties. It is inside a Sapp Brothers truck stop so the atmosphere was consistent with the setting. Our server was friendly but clearly overwhelmed.

I ordered medium steak and eggs over easy.
I started a 50 minute show to kill time while I waited in a restaurant that had less than 5 people sitting at the tables.
25 minutes later, my food shows up, overcooked and cold. I said nothing and just ate. I was not about to wait another...
