Sometimes we get exactly what we order in record time and everything is great. Sometimes, like today, we wait 20 minutes and get home (8 mins) to discover no bacon ($2) and so much vinaigrette the bread fell apart, so I have salad. Sigh.
Ordered two subs, toasted, with a bag of chips and a large soda using their app. I get to the drive thru and a guy hands me the sack and says “have a good day.” The bag felt light so I asked if my entire order was in there and he stated yes. I didn’t trust that. Opened the sack and only two subs were in there. I asked him to check the receipt for the missing items and then he realized stuff was missing. Okay stuff happens, I get it. Very clean area to eat, along with the bathroom! Two younger women workers were very nice!
