Tried to take my kids here twice now. The first time the donuts tasted like old grease and the chocolate milk they sold us was expired and curdled. The store itself was filthy. The customer service and communication skills are very poor. I visited Tony's this morning and order a sausage egg and cheese croissant with 1 glazed donut. They had a crowd but the workers/ cooks seemed to be moving slow and unaware of what orders to fill. The lady that took my order informed me my sandwich would be up shortly. After waiting 15 minutes I then asked the same lady who took my order how long was it before my sandwich to be made. Instantly another woman intervenes...read full review
I have been a loyal customer of Tony's since 2017, but they have changed their receipe and I can no longer support them. I was their today 1/22/25 @ 2pm. Their donuts are dry and the new glaze used on donuts crumbles and taste old. They taste stale like they are selling day old donuts. Tony's go back to making the donuts the way you use to. If it wasn't broke why did you feel the need to change.
