I'm not sure if we just came at a bad time or what but the gal doing the tastings was not pleasant. There was not a single customer in there when we arrived and she was very inconvenienced by us.
I also recommend offering 2 types of tastings, dry & sweet. right now there is 1 and it ranges all the way from dry to sweet and no one has a palate that wide.
