An interesting speakeasy-style place to grab a cocktail. They offer a nice selection, but I felt like my Old Fashioned was too sweet. This may become a regular stop when we visit Hermann again.

DO NOT SKIP EVERGREEN WHILE VISITING HERMANN!! this speakeasy style bar provides truly outstanding cocktails and amazing service. We tried their espresso martini and black Manhattan. Both fabulous. Definitely a warm and intimate space to relax in during your Hermann festivities.

My fiancé and I found this hidden gem last night and LOVED it! It has a very chill atmosphere, and friendly staff (Jamie & Miles) who made sure we were taken care of! My fiancé had a mocktail that he enjoyed, and I had two Old Firesides because they were fantastic! We will definitely be coming back to Evergreen!

Truly a sublime experience and artisan charcuterie board as well as gastropub type drinks. The Fancy Pheasant is connected and has elegant gifts. My favorite spot in Hermann!
First time in Hermann bc we thought this was just a wine town. Evergreen and its owners will be changing that perception. Great cocktails, paired with personable staff, and attached to a great shop with cheese, mixers, spirits and beers. It really rounded out our experience in Hermann and we’ll be back!
