The restaurant and a brewery share a space . The wings were cooked good . Really crispy, which I enjoy. They don't put the sauce on the wings though ,all the sauce is at the table and you put whatever sauce you want . I can appreciate getting multiple sauces. I just prefer the wings to have the seasoning on them .
We were pleasently surprised at the quality of our food. Great naked wings and the blackened cat fish filets were superb. Wednesday night wings are .75 cents a piece and my catfish sandwich had 2 nice blackened filets for $10. What a deal...you can't find those prices anywhere in Hermann. Another plus is they brew beer on premise.

This place is located in the cute historic downtown city of Hermann. The interior is very casual, nothing too exciting or inviting in terms of atmosphere. The fried pickles were good. The chicken wings were also good. I liked they had a variety of sauces but I wasn't overly impressed with them. BUT here's why I would return...this location doubles as Turbulence Brewery.
