Gumbo plus crawfish etouffe was excellent. Mac and cheese with fried chicken thighs was the best we have ever had. Grant was an excellent server; pleasant and set a good first impression... Went two days later for more crawfish etouffe! Jen had the bayou fries and took almost half home. They were fantastic! Grant was our server again; really on top of things and takes care to clear tables quietly which makes for an even more pleasant dining experience.

Grant provided friendly, knowledgeable, and fast service. The restaurant itself was exceptionally clean, warm, and inviting. Zydeco's food was the best we've had in Hermann so far! The price was more than fair for their large portions. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Closed till January 8th, travel with my boyfriend in his Semi and saw that this restraunt was open, thought I'd walk over from Family Dollar to go and try it, get to the door and it says they are closed.... mildy irritating considering they fall under the same trap as every business, where they DO NOT like to update their CLOSING to let us know that their business isn't open, complete waste of time.... will change my review if I ever come back this way and try it.

Food was good better than other places in Hermann. What most impressed us was the waiter/bar tender/bus boy, thats right he did all of it!!! It was just him for the whole resturant, amazing work!

Saw this cute place and it seemed like a popular lunch spot. Great menu! All the New Orleans favorites. I had a delicious Crawfish Bisque and Wedge Salad. It didn't disappoint. The service was spot on even though it was busy. Our grandson loved the shrimp appetizer. We recommend Zydeco and will definitely return.
Called on Friday to make a noon reservation for Sunday, December 7th. Was told that was good to go, left my name and number. Came in from out of town and arrived for our reservation to find the restaurant closed due to the Chiefs game? Would've appreciated a call back letting me know they would be closed or just not accepting my reservation in the first place!
Place is a gem for unique and delicious food that stands out from the backdrop of more traditional German restaurants. But I have to dock some atmosphere points because they play the chicken dance music on repeat. Is it a joke? It's very strange. Friendly staff, great value, and prompt service keep us coming back.
