My fiance and I had dinner there this evening and it was very good! The double Frisco melt he ordered was one of the best ones I've tried. The pork loin sandwich I ordered was great! I'm glad there's a good local place to get a good one without running to Rolla. The flavor of the "blind hen" is surprising, I never would have thought of apples with green beans but So works! And found some awesome seasonings inside at Missouri's trading post
My husband has had the pork tenderloin sandwich and the Frisco melt, both served with homemade chips. I've had the chef salad with shredded chicken. It was all fantastic. This place is going to do great! Glad to have this in Hermann! Congrats Crystal Binkholder and Will! Make sure you go inside and purchase a cold beverage from Missouri's Trading Post to go with your meal.

Definitely a much needed spot in Hermann! The people and the food are magnificent!! The Philly and the Naked Philly are sensational!
