About Cecil Whittaker's Pizza

Cecil Whittaker's Pizza offers pizza with customizable sauce options, but some customers have expressed disappointment with the sauce amounts, even when paying extra. The crust has been described as not crispy by one reviewer, and the pizza sometimes arrives with undercooked, chewy, and soft crusts that lack the expected crispiness. Salad dressings were expected to be sweet and sour but were found to be overly vinegary. One customer experienced a problem with a premium deluxe veggie pizza, where half the olives were missing, and most of the cheese and sauce had been pulled off, leaving a mess. The restaurant replaced the large pizza with a medium, but the customer had to pick it up and was unable to speak to the manager, leading to frustration. Another reviewer noted that fried pickles had batter falling off and were packaged with excessive fryer oil, likely because they were not shaken properly before packing. Despite some issues, the ladies working the registers were described as nice, friendly, and fast. Long wait times and lack of apology at the Seckman Rd location have also been mentioned, especially during busy and noisy times. Customers have also pointed out that prices have recently increased to match competitors, which adds to the disappointment when service or quality does not meet expectations.
