“The staff at this store are amazing human beings. I called for delivery, but they do not deliver to my address, they told me they would give me a discount to pick it up. I thanked them and mentioned it was my Birthday and it was a nice suprise to get a discount. When I arrived to pick up my order, the guy that brought it out said " Happy Birthday! We all chipped in and got you a Birthday cookie." I cried, the day before this, my son had 2 horrible seizures, so I was in a sad state of mind, the gesture you all made touched my heart. In a world that is sad and hurting right now, your workers showed, there is still good in the world! Thank You Papa John's Imperial Mo. YOU ROCK!! PS. The pizza and cookie was delish!!! 🍕❤🍪❤😊😭❤“

“Excellent food!!! The pizza was amazing!!! Two 12”es fed our entire family. The garlic bread was rather plain - no sauce, cheese, or anything - but really tasty. Only real issue was the flies in the front of the building. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest either.“

“ordered pizza at 12:24 today from imperial location. at 130 called the store was informed theres only one delivery driver. pizzas are placed in a warmer. yum, cardboard pizza. after a 100 excuses I canceled the order. my grandkids wanted pizza, i thought I had the pevely store and ordered at 2:04. nope stupid me, went to the imperial store. was suppose to be here at 3:00. here is is 4:15 no pizza. im sure it will be so yummy any dry. the delivery driver gave me the wrong number to Corp, but i got ahold of someone at that number. I'll update with pictures it they deliver before closing. heres what I ordered and what we got. both pizzas should have tge same toppings, except one is hand tossed, the other thin.“

“Fazoli in Arnold is fantastic!!! They were so easy to work with when we brought a bus of 40 people (27 of which are high school athletes). Food was fast, delicious, and hot! Service was great even though they were short-handed. They worked together to get us our food and didn’t miss one thing. I will bring back our teams to this location whenever we are traveling through. Highly recommend! Mngr Rob Marino was so great to work with and his other 2 employees were awesome!“

“Very well ran location I was very agreed with nice pleasant people. There was fast service food is ready accurate on time I like to drive-through option for pick ups that makes things easy. I love the app. I wish you could get a little bit more squares than how much you have to spend but oh no this is a great location. I do the sandwiches and they're always great. “I have been going to this location for a couple years since moving here. For some reason it seems like they keep losing staff and not really replacing and have like 3 people running 5 or 6 stations, not including phone, and this is usually when I get off work at 5pm so kind of busy. Thank god they have an all star employee that runs to register the moment he sees someone walk in, very personable, and on top of helping his coworkers. I think his name was Morgan but not sure if he is the manageror shift lead but he definitely should be. I would have found another location to go to and would hit skip when I door dashed if it weren't for him. Hopefully they can find some older people that will help support him and not look so lost.“
