Came in with my son for lunch, I was greeted and seated immediately by the 2 host!
The food came out promptly and tasted great as well, but the star for the show was Mia our server she was very kinda and hospitable she made suggestions and made sure we were okay with our menu selections! After the food came out she touched table again to make sure our food came out well and checked on us during our visit, I’m not fan of toast handles because he takes away from costumer service but she did it very gracefully and left it there with me so I could pay! Big shout out to Mia for going above and beyond!

We went last night and the service was absolutely terrible waited over 10 mins before our server even come over to order our drinks. Then hardly saw him the rest of the night never once came over to see if we needed anything I will not be coming back here

Good food I had grill chicken sandwich with side of power grains… the chicken breast was burnt on outside had to remove the overly blackened crust other that very pleased

UPDATE: The GM Tyler reached out to me personally via email. We had, in my opinion, very meaningful dialogue, so I have chosen to update my review. While I will not currently change my rating on the food I received 9/17/2025, I am willing to change the overall rating for the store and the service. Had it not been for the email(s) Tyler wrote, I would definitely be done with 54th Street as a whole. Thank you Tyler for responding promptly with decency and caring and a willingness to make it right! I will visit in person soon!
I asked for no salt on the butter, you even highlighted it on the ticket, but still added a bunch of salt to the butter!!!! I asked for extra bleu cheese dressing and you packed it with, at some point was, hot bread so the dressing was warm! I mean seriously how could anyone think that was the right thing to do???

My carry out order exceeded all expectations - large portions, perfect seasoning, and amazing packaging. Plus I enjoyed a happy hour priced pint as I ordered. Chicken fried chicken was crisp and moist, gravy was great, mashed potatoes were homemade, and the fresh biscuit was unexpectedly moist with cheese and herbs. I’m saving top praise for the barbeque beans, with a rich sweet-hot sauce and shreds of smoked brisket that rival any I’ve had in Texas. It was a huge amount of food that I will finish as tomorrow’s breakfast.
