Cool little bbq place. Good brisket sandwich and burnt ends. Three different sauces. Lots of automotive memoribilia on the walls. Attentive service (although to be fair, we were only table because of a winter storm!)
Excellent bbq in Independence. Have tried the brisket, smoked turkey, ham and burnt ends. All were tender with spot on smoke and seasoning. The green pea and cheese salad side took me back 50 years to our family picnics. Great place, great staff.
