Definitely not worth the 25 minute wait for 1 pretzel....Auntie Anne's used to be exceptional, not anymore imo. From the customer service or lack thereof to the long wait time to the minimal menu options...We won't return or recommend....
auntie Ann's in the independence center has roaches, the GM donte treats his employees like crap and that's why he can't keep employees longer than a couple months at the most. this place will go under due to upper management

This review specifically pertains to the Auntie Anne's on the third floor of the Independence Center. There used to be 2 here but I'm not sure if there is anymore. Anyways, I get that it's a Sunday, working retail sucks, and faking a smile or good attitude sucks too, but staring blankly at me when I go to place my order isn't quiet what I was expecting.
