This review specifically pertains to the Auntie Anne's on the third floor of the Independence Center. There used to be 2 here but I'm not sure if there is anymore. Anyways, I get that it's a Sunday, working retail sucks, and faking a smile or good attitude sucks too, but staring blankly at me when I go to place my order isn't quiet what I was expecting. Then just nodding when asked a question. I don't need a chipper, over the top response when I walk up or ask something, far from it. But just a "hey, welcome, what can I get for you?" Or something small like that is fine. I got depression just by looking at the staff. I don't think I've ever seen just a dead eyed person before. I guess they get their salt from the tears they cry in the back room.The prices are another thing. Smaller pretzels, higher prices. It's unfortunate because these were always a special treat when I went to the mall as kid. They still taste okay in my opinion, but it's true when others say there's much cheaper options elsewhere. Over $40 for pretzels for 4 with cheese. No thank you.

Definitely not worth the 25 minute wait for 1 pretzel....Auntie Anne's used to be exceptional, not anymore imo. From the customer service or lack thereof to the long wait time to the minimal menu options...We won't return or recommend....

auntie Ann's in the independence center has roaches, the GM donte treats his employees like crap and that's why he can't keep employees longer than a couple months at the most. this place will go under due to upper management

Wanted to get whole pretzels they were out and not making more so we tried thier pretzel bites regular and cinnamon sugar both nasty and overcooked took 1 bite of each and threw away. Definitely not worth 16 dollars. QuikTrip pretzels far exceed this place and for 10 dollars less I know we're I'll be going not here. Sad use to be good and now just trash.

They didn't understand we wanted to ordered number 4 on their menu tried to explain it to them 3 times.. gave up and left. Poor customer service. Employees need to learn their menu. 4 people working behind the counter even pointing at what we wanted they didn't understand.

Do not I repeat do not attempt to pick up a GrubHub order from this location they totally ignore you for 20 minutes and they serve everybody else that comes up to the line and helps them and gives them fresh food and you're just standing there and you go up a couple of times and you ask hey what's going on with that order but they just ignore you and continue helping other people that are not delivery drivers so I hope this helps people when they decide to order deliver delivery from Annie Ann's

I ordered cinnamon pretzel nuggets and I was given salted. Did ask if I wanted and dipping sauce and the person who was ringing us up acted as if she hated her job.

Very tasty pretzels and their lemonade is the best. We like to order the pretzel bites with cheese sauce for dipping. Enough for 2 people to share.
