Got ice cream door dashed - 2 scoops but one of my scoop was to even a “scoop” it was like a very very small amount rounded on top. Bottom scoop was normal size. Wish it was better …

It's a chain ice cream shop in a mall. No one should expect nuitrious food here, so don't. It was a lot cheaper than I expected. And they only had 8 flavors, and no cones. Which made the experience so much easier, when you have children with you.

Kid-friendliness: It's a treat shop. If you want to buy sugary processed food-like substances for your children, it is what it presents itself to be.

The staff need to understand the severity of food allergies. My 10-year old can die from dairy and other various allergens. My wife went to get him some of the allergy-free options, but they didnt use a designated scoop for these products and didnt seem to understand any further than just "i guess i can wash it"

I went to Baskin Robbins to get my children each a scoop of ice cream. My son has severe food allergies and I know places like this are a risk but we have had baskin robins before and they always took great care to give my son a safe scoop of sorbet. Today the employee was going to use the same scoop she used in all of the other ice cream on the advertised ALLERGEN FREE lemon sorbet. I asked if she had another scoop. She said no, she uses the same scoop for all of the ice cream. I explained she can't do that. She is putting people's life at risk. She had an attitude and said she could wash it but if it has already been done the entire sorbet is already contaminated. I was annoyed and tried to explain that to her but she just rolled her eyes and I said you know what.. never mind and left.

I tried to call baskin robbins to get their policy but the person I spoke with couldn't understand the issue. I will try again later. In the meantime if you have any Allergens I would avoid this store in the Independence Mall.

0/10 Rudest staff ever. And the owners oh Lord they deserve this place. Baskin Robbins is losing its own empathy . worst place to visit.

Number 1 ice cream franchise

The clerk would not take my coupon on the app. She was not polite. She did explain the reason was because they didn't have a scanner so could only accept printed coupons; that was not how the app coupon read. She was not considerate. She lost a sale of several bags of popcorn that I would have bought had she at least apologized for the lack of scanner instead of just saying they only took printed coupons.

Like CD the ice cream

After waiting 10 minutes for someone to help us, the store was out of milk.

Terrible customer service. Rude staff.
