Burger King in Independence

“I went on Sunday the 13th and the older gentleman there provided some of the best service I've seen in the industry. I ordered the purple whopper and he was very informative of it to a degree that shows he's done research to know what he's serving. He was extremely kind from start to finish of the interaction and would def go again knowing there's a chance this gentleman would be there. Keep up the good work!“

“The lady who works the drive through at night is a doll she is very sweet. They always make my food fresh and delicious I would definitely recommend I’m happy I gave a different Burger King a chance the one close to me closed down and they where terrible this one is great it’s a bit of a drive but worth it.“

“Going during the day is awesome! Food always hot and fresh, not to mention pleasant customer service. Love the fact they are 24 hours however, starting to wonder if the overnight shift may need drug testing and/or comprehensive test. If you cannot multitask while being under the influence, just stop! Simple request of double cheeseburger only ketchup seems to be hard to comprehend with this shift, especially when explaining it twice. Not the same person but 3 different occasions I've had to return because my food was wrong during this shift.“
