I chose Cake Ref bakery for my one year olds daughter birthday cake, it was a pleasurable experience until the cake arrived it was cute not exactly what I thought I would be getting but still cute. When we went to cut the cake and eat it non of my guest or family could eat the cake. It was not edible the buttercream icing tasted like stale old butter nothing more nothing less just butter. If I could give this company zero stars I would !! My daughter paid $200 for a cake and we were so excited thinking for $200 it was going to be fabulous! First the cake did not look like the picture, it had no gold and it was not dusty rose and it was not blended in like the other picture! I coordinated a wedding this past weekend and the order included cup cakes and a small personal wedding cake for the wedding. Lemon, Vanilla, and Chocolate were ordered. When the order was delivered, it was obvious that the cupcake cups were not filled adequately (less than 1/3 full).
