Charleys Cheesesteaks

Not worth the price. There isn't much meat on the sandwich. The meat is very dry. The man behind the counter had a hard time understand a family of 3 wanted more than one sandwich.

We come to Charley's often for their Ultimate Fries, and Phillys.. However this location happens to be the worst around. The cashier tried to keep our change in the drawer after we already tipped! When requesting the change we got attitude, and upon receiving the food, we had old, cold fries. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone, in fact, you’re better off spending your money in KC.

I am 100% for everyone having jobs, but please put workers who understand and speak English at the register. I didnt complain because he was trying very hard. But not everyone is going to be as understanding.

False advertising. My food was not fresh it was nasty. I would not recommend eating here at all. It tastes like a warmed up quick trip cheddar beef sandwich horrible. Had the audacity to charge damn near 14 bucks

They put tomatoes, lettuce, and mayo on my damm philly cheese steak. I’ve never been so disappointed with this place when I used to go it was great but now i wouldn’t recommend this to anybody. The meal was gross and made me sick. Service was good tho

Expensive for what you receive. Mozzarella sticks were nearly $7 and only get 4 small sticks. Spent almost $60 before taxes, fees and tip for two sandwiches, two orders of fries, and one order of Mozzarella sticks. I've ordered from them before and forgot why I wouldn't order from them again.
