The philly’s are usually great when they’re made correctly. My issue is being ignored when I am clearly standing in front of you with my food made incorrectly and nobody acknowledges me for over 10 minutes. I politely waited til the girl was done making sandwiches but she continued to purposely ignore me. All employees ignored me and the cook shouldn’t have to turn around to acknowledge the customer as that is not part of his job description. I watched as two employees just looked over at me and continued to do nothing. Poor performance on the employees standing there.

I ordered DoorDash and paid almost $7 for the fries and got a order smaller then a kids size! I will not ever eat here again. RIDICULOUS

Wouldnt let my dasher pickup my food even though i paid for it but said it was already picked up… terrible service

Food was okay. Missing a drink with my order and when I called to get it refunded I was told that they weren't responsible and couldn't refund my 5$ drink.

If mall cheesesteak sandwiches get you all revved up I've stumbled upon our place. I constructed quite the fuel tank for delicious food and with Charley's large portions of cheesesteak and jalapeño cheese fries I filled that tank quite swiftly. They advertised the best cheesesteak in the world.... Maybe not the best in the world but I stand behind the best mall cheesesteak and jalapeño fries I've ever had.
Definitely another stop by in the future. Best loaded cheesesteak I've had in quite some time. The staff was excellent and the food was superior. Lemonade was fresh and sweet. I haven't had loaded cheese fries in this capacity before. Philadelphia is going to have to step up there game after this fulfilling trip to the independence mall.

Ive been here dozens of times over the years and its literally never ever open on time... just change your hours to match your availability/want/will to work... no telling how many people waste their lunch break trying to eat here.

I came on Sunday and the posted hours says they open at 12:00pm. I went to order my food at 12:06pm and was told by an employee he doesn’t think they’re open yet and to come back in 4 minutes. As I was waiting to give them extra time to do their opening duties another lady went up at 12:08pm and the same employee that told me to come back in 4 minutes took her order.

My Philly cheesesteak sandwich was horrible I asked for Mushrooms peppers and onions and never even saw mushroom. It used to be good and today It was awful! The meat was Scrappy and overcooked and hard. . I gave more than half of it to my dog.

It's very very good sandwiches don't care too much for the fries . the prices are outrageous I suggest getting a large sandwich will do you good
