Great food and genuinely friendly service.
I tried the fish, wings, collard greens, and sweet potatoes—and oh my goodness, everything was absolutely delicious. This is true southern soul food: comforting, perfectly seasoned, and cooked with care.
The portion was generous—enough for a full meal, I had half and had leftovers for a second round. If you’re craving something hearty, flavorful, and soul-warming, this spot is definitely worth a visit.

I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to JESSICA M. She is so sweet, kind, and endearing! I held her line up so many questions and when I came to the window, she wasn’t agitated by me!

Jessica assured me about foods that I would be willing to try was good which didn’t disappoint! All the main entries (proteins) are DELICIOUS! The sides are great as well as long as you catch them at the right time of day/evening.

AGAIN: SHOUT OUT TO BEAUTIFUL...

I was just told about Charlie D's by a couple named Kathy and Lev. My sister and I visited to sample one of the lunch specials: fried Swai with 2 small sides (out of lots of tempting side dishes). It's very casual dining. I enjoyed the Service and Atmosphere so much because of the staff and the friendliness of the other diners!
