“The atmosphere is typically loud during all hours of the day so you'll have to raise your voice if you want to communicate to the person in front of you. If you're getting a takeout order you might not hear your name yelled so you need to be paying attention. They're always officers everyday in and out of the store so there's always a service officer there to help anyone if someone is having trouble or need sanctuary. Chick-fil-A is considered a safe place so if someone is chasing you or you're having problems they will help you with sanctuary. It is wheelchair friendly everyone is always very very kind everyone dresses very nice the place is always kept very clean. This particular Chick-fil-A on 39th Street is always busy so there will always be a long line for the drive-thru. Is definitely my favorite Chick-fil-A I've been to and I've been to a lot of Chick-fil-A's. When you order food there is a general decent wait time so be prepared for that but it's always nice hot and fresh.

Parking: There's about 40 parking spots but since it's so busy it can be hard to find a parking spot but people are usually in and out so you can either park by the mall if you want to walk or you'll typically get a parking spot there's usually always one open.

Kid-friendliness: There is absolutely kid friendliness kids are protected there and safe if they wander around or have fun you know kids are. Nothing will happen to your kid if they go to the restroom by themselves they're very watchful there and there's always an officer there.“

“Food was good but expensive for what you get (like most chicken finger restaurants). Liked it better than Canes. Chicken had good flavor and fries were very...fry like. Nothing to write home about but got the job done (clogging my arteries)“

“I can't thank the staff enough for making my dad so happy every Tuesday! My dad is 90 and only likes the legs and every Tuesday I take him at 11:30 for their Tuesday special and they have no problem doing all legs (unlike another chicken place we've been to). The service is always so friendly! Thanks for making my dad happy!“

“Nick and the girl with black hair and glasses are awesome I spent all day moving into a new house and my friend and I ordered through the app but when I got there they were out of a lot of items due to a not received shipment. They were super nice and offered an exchange for the same price which was amazing because the last thing I wanted to do was go somewhere else! You two rock and need a raise!!!“

“We were in a hurry and needed to grab something fast. We went to the KFC on 24 hwy and the guy working there provided excellent customer service. He was working the drive thru and the front counter. He was polite, helpful and with everything he was doing he stayed kind and cheerful. He didn’t have a name tag on so I don’t know his name. He was working Friday night January 6th. “We ordered the 1/2 chicken with sides and everything was delicious. Order comes with rice, beans, salsa, half a charred onion, two charred jalapeños, and 8 tortillas. Quick service and everything was so fresh. Definitely will be back.“

“A hometown favorite! If you like fish, if you love chicken, or any combination of the such....you'll not be disappointed at this take-out joint!

I recommend....everything! Truly, not a bad item served on the menu. If you have not been, you're missing out.

Vegetarian options: There are soul food items beyond chicken or fish such as spaghetti with red sauce, macaroni & cheese, fried pickles, and plenty more!

Dietary restrictions: It's a fried fish and chicken joint....if you are trying to diet, it would be easier elsewhere.

Kid-friendliness: It's just a take-out location so not a kid friendly nor is it a kid friendly environment....it's just a take out spot.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchair and mobility disabled individuals.“
