The guy working the drive-thru (white male wearing glasses) was abrupt and short, not even remotely polite when I came to order food. Upon coming to the window, he just reached his arm out for my card. Then when I asked for hot sauce, he snidely said, "I already put some in there" despite me already seeing how much was in my bag. Amazing! Waited in line for twenty minutes at KFC on Hwy 24 in Independence. Elderly man in front of me complained when seventh drive through car was served but they hadn’t taken his order yet. He pulled a chair over to sit after twenty minutes in line. When the manager Becky was rude to him I spoke up. I told her there was no reason to be rude and I would be leaving. I just went in this KFC for the last time! I walked in and as usual, they are understaffed. After standing at the counter waiting for someone to take my order, a female employee told me “its going to be a 5 to 7 minute wait”. I responded that I haven’t ordered anything yet.
