Used a coupon and had a meal that was great for a reasonable price. I treated my granddaughter and two great grandchildren. We had some leftovers to take home. Looking forward to going again.
Man the people are nice here however the food is garbage. I literally could not taste any seasoning on my original chicken. It also tasted like old fish grease We ordered a bowl as well and the chicken in the bowl was trifling too! For the record tho the staff was great at refunding my money

Horrible, I don't understand how they stay in business. They either don't have chicken or it takes 15 minutes to even put in your order, put in my order (there were no cars in the drive thru), I put my order in and get to the window and they only have enough chicken for 1/2 of one of my orders!

NEVER NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM. They ended up not having what I ordered so I wanted a refund and they could not do this. On the phone with "KFC Refund Dept" for a good 30 minutes validating all kinds of info for them to tell me they were unable to process the refund and they would contact me through email when they were able to take care it. I understand this was not the restaurants fault (entirely) be aware that this is how online orders work. RIDICULOUS

What a mess, ordered a pot pie got notification. The order was ready showed up to pick it up. Oh we don’t have pot pie you’ll have to get something else. The rest of the food I had ordered wasn’t ready either and they cited being short handed as being the problem.
My 1st job at 14 was KFC. Things have certainly changed. We weren't even greeted, the chicken was soso and the temperature of the food was cold and old! Yeah, just not the same anymore. Disappointed!
