Overall, this location was fine. The kids enjoyed themselves. My main issue was with cleanliness, as there seemed to be trash not picked up in several places, both tables and the floor.

My son had a lot of fun. Employees were nice. We got there early so we were the only ones there . The amount you pay to play vs the ticket ratio is ridiculously outrageous, and the pizza was cooked a bit long , but still edible. I remember when it was an affordable fun place so I could be a bit harsh , however $60 for 1 card , 1 pizza , and 2 small drinks made me wish I just paid for the party and got the moneys worth. Overall it put a smile on my birthday boys face , so I can’t complain too much .

Middle of the road Chuck stop. Pretty sure one staff member is manning the entire joint. She is really good, just a lot for one person to keep up with. Register, salad bar, cooking pizzas, and giving out prizes.
I attended my nephews birthday party at this location today. This chuck E cheese was the best chuck E cheese we have been to. The service, food, and staff was exceptional. The party host Emilio and manager were amazing. Thank you for such a great experience.

Pizza was ok however it took 40 minutes to get our pizza because of a mistake, there was no ice for the fountain drinks, my wife and daughter got a salad and were not given salad plates and when they went to get there salads they were given a hard time for not using the correct plate and then there were no forks for there salads. Not impressed at all and the next time our grandson wants to go to Chuck E Cheese it won't be this one.

I do not know what happened but the old manager is gone and the new manager she has not easy to get along with she is not friendly at all she's rude it's like being there is an inconvenience this is not the place it once was Plus it's dangerous out there this place is flat dangerous you have to be careful what your car in the parking lot and just watch your surroundings this is not a safe area.
