My family came in to have some ice cream, and we did not have that great of service. The kid at the cash register mumbled and was rude. He wouldn't look at us and just kept his head down the whole time. When we asked questions, we could hardly hear him speak and even asked him politely to please repeat what he said and that we couldn't hear him. He still didn't speak up or look up. When I paid, I put in an American Express card, and there was nothing showing that they didn't take it, and they didn't say anything about it. But then he finally decided to tell me after I had already tried to pay with it and he was rude about that too. When we finally got our ice cream, the kid that brought it didn't say a word or even make sure it was the right order and table. He just rotated them upside down like they always do and then put them on the table and walked away. If you're looking for good communication and customer service this would not be the place.

Will not be returning to this location again. Waited more than 15 minutes for cold fries. After waiting another 15 minutes for our "free sundae" that came with our meal, we got up and left without receiving it.

We just stopped in to get ice cream. For starters I have to say after not having been in quite some time I was rather foolish in thinking $15 would be enough to get ice cream for 3. I got my Dad a Banana Split and my Daughter a Red Velvet Blizzard. I didn't have but change left so I did without. The Gentleman who took our order, I think he may have been the manager, bought me a soft drink (I had Iced Tea). Again I say "THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH."Dad thoroughly enjoyed his Banana Split. My Daughter likewise thoroughly enjoyed her Red Velvet Blizzard, the taste I had would make me agree hers was VERY good too (Dad agreed too ?).Thank You for making our visit nice.Nice Clean Store. Friendly Employees. Restrooms were clean and smelled nice. Parking lot was picked up nice. No trash cans were overflowing.
Cleanest restaurant ever. Very well kept and the service was wonderful. They made my ice cream cake quickly and it was exactly what I ordered. Thank you!
