don't lie to your customers charging different prices on thing I called this morning just to verify a price on bbq sauce and you said it's a $1 dollar well that a lie its 79 cent for extra sauce how many people are getting ripped off money does not grow on trees we work for it just like you

Based on the reviews, Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers great ice cream and hot food, but service can be inconsistent. Customer service is always so nice at times, with incredibly kind staff who provide encouragement. The food came out hot and in great portion sizes, and the establishment is very clean. However, this location has been having issues with Mobile orders, taking 20 mins in total to locate the order and then make the order. Service was poor at other times, as the person taking the order seemed to struggle at understanding, and the order was made incorrectly. The tables weren't clean, and a very basic order took a suspiciously long time. One burger was both cool and very crunchy, not burned but dried out. They also brought the wrong food. The folks who run this DQ seem genuinely nice but seem like they don't quite know what they're doing. Specific menu items mentioned include the hot fudge sundae with peanuts, BBQ and Honey Mustard with tenders and fries, deep fried mushrooms, pork tenderloin, and blizzards with Heath candybar.
