Went to EL Volcan Mexican Grill to enjoy a drink and chips… When the bartender decided to take my ID to the back, where it was denied even though it’s clearly real and of age… So disappointing that they didn’t take nothing into consideration… Definitely won’t be back and won’t recommend.
terrible service. owner thumbs down. servers very nice and apologetic for our experience today. first and last time there. lots of other choices in our area to spend 60.00 for lunch for 2 and not get what you pay for.
Went in 9-19-2024. Sat down got given a menu and a drink then they promptly ignored me. A table that came in after me got their order taken and food arrived as I was leaving. They have 9 maybe 10 tables with 2 waitresses and and a bartender. Most tables where done and clearing. Ended up setting there for around 15 to 20 minutes before I verified that I did not owe for the pop and left. They all seemed shocked that I was upset about the service.
