I came here right after opening today. Food was horrible. Breadsticks were dried out and tasted like reheated leftovers from yesterday. Pasta was room room temperature, bad texture, very little sauce. Inexcusable.

Cheap, fast and they kept the breadsticks coming. Glad we stopped in for a quick lunch. Sherie checked on us multiple times while we were there and provided excellent customer service. We will be back.
Took 20 minutes to get food. The manager was a champ. It's still not the same as what it used to be. Food is not as good as I remember.

I wanted to give a shout out to a server/cashier named James at the 39th store. I've been going there for 15 years and James provided the absolute best service I ever received. He was very polite and helpful. My food was out in less than ten minutes and made sure I received my bread sticks. The man deserves a raise and promotion. Thank you James, you reinstalled my love of Fazolis.
