Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Waited too long for ice cream for my daughter i saw how they skipped my order and when they decided to get to mine they were out of chocolate ice cream… food was good none the less still one star for poor customer service

We go to Freddy's almost everyday and we got rude service through the drive thru tonight. The worker at the window didn't even offer to say hi or anything. He was tall, had dark brown hair and had a beard and we were verbally disgusted with him but then he told everyone else in the kitchen his side of the story to make himself look better. He dumped us on another worker because he wanted to show us and he slammed the window on us.

Terrible location, they don’t treat employees right and they undercook the burgers. There are favorites with the management and employees but nobody speaks on it. Wouldn’t eat nor work here EVER again

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to get my order. When I got it, the food was somewhat warm. And the fries were too salty.

I went through the drive in window. The burger was quick and delicious! The service was very friendly! This is the second time there and everything has been wonderful!

Easily the worst Freddy’s I’ve seen. The burgers are regularly poor and dry. The drive through takes an eternity, even for Freddy’s and the people at the window don’t do anything common sense to speed it up such as taking cash before they start handing you food. They stand there for a while twiddling their thumbs and then expect you to take your change back and then immediately deal with the drinks and the bag. Tonight I received a double cheeseburger with just one patty. The fries taste stale and aren’t well salted. I kept coming back hoping they would be better next time because I’ve come to expect good food at Freddy’s. But not this one. I won’t be coming back.

The stone-faced, bairly audible, gal that took our order was slow, wouldn't greet the guests, and seemed genuinely irritated with everyone in line when none of is could understand what she was mumbling at us. The restaurant was somewhere between messy and dirty. (The floor was absolutely dirty, all over.) Our order, (just 2 desserts,) took far too long to make, especially since they seemed to have enough people working, and not that many guests in line. The custard was good, though. We just chose to eat in our car, since the restaurant itself seemed pretty icky. If it had been a teeny bit warmer, we would have eaten in their nice little outdoor area, though.

Ordered a combo and additional fry with extra sauces. India got the order wrong and the manager came to the window as if we were the problem. Read it back to us and got it corrected or so we thought. Did not receive/notice the missing sauces with the combo until we were already gone bc “faith”. Did not even receive a drink with the combo even though they corrected us and said it back to us because “Pepsi Products”. Also had to go in and purchase an additional fry. But i see and did not expect them to have such a low star rating. I just dont understand all this wanting better pay and tipping when they can barely push the right button.

We ordered online and when we go there was told there was a wait. We waited and when our food was ready everything including the burgers were cold. They forgot our milkshake and when we asked, the lady at the counter handed us a melted watery milkshake with the whip cream already sunken down into the ice cream. Was no point in asking for things to be remade since we already had to wait over 20 minutes we didn't want to have to wait another 20 mins. Won't be going back to this location.

Great food ‼️ Great Service ! Clean store & nice employees. Impressed every time. The only aggravating thing is, The DoorDash crowd all the time . It makes it hard on them to be able to deal with their customers in an extremely timely fashion. Because they have all that other nonsense to deal with

Disappointing. I’d looked forward to checking this out since we learned they were building a Freddy’s here.

The food was good and the service was okay but it did take a bit longer to get the food than what you’d expect especially since there were only a couple other tables occupied. The place looks nice. After all it’s a brand new restaurant. The problem was, the place was filthy. We couldn’t find a clean table. There was food on the floor and yet the place barely had any customers.

Before leaving, I went into the men’s restroom. Unbelievably gross. Not just a filthy single toilet seat, but the floor was even more greasy than the restaurant. I was sliding all over the floor just trying to walk in the bathroom.

I don’t understand. It’s a new restaurant. It was about 6:30. There were hardly any customers inside and there seemed to be plenty of staff behind the counter. Yet, nobody seemed to care about cleaning the dining area or the restrooms.

It’s unfortunate. We dropped about $24 on dinner for two, to eat in a brand new place only to wonder the whole time…if it’s this dirty where we are eating, what’s going on where they are prepping the food. I doubt we’ll be returning.

Onion Rings and cheese curds taste like they were fried in old grease. Curds were extremely greasy. I didn't hardly have m&m's in my custard and my husband barely had reese's peanut butter cups in his. Sweet tea tastes like it came straight from the tea bag. Fries were cold and hard. Burgers were tasty.
